Information we collect

When you join GN Press Club, we collect your email address, your first name when you choose to provide it, your selected email language, the free printable pack and creative interest you select, the signup source, and the date and version of your consent. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic and message you provide so we can reply.

Why we use it

We use this information to unlock your selected printable pack and to send relevant free pages, GN Press book announcements, creative news and occasional promotional offers in your selected language. Newsletter processing is based on the consent you provide beside the signup form.

Analytics and personalization

For every production public-page request, the GN Press server increments an anonymous daily page-view total. These counters store only the UTC date, public page path and aggregate count. They do not store an IP address, browser details, referrer, cookie, visitor identifier or individual journey, and they are not linked to subscriber records. This limited measurement includes visits where optional analytics is declined and is used only to understand overall site and page demand.

If you choose “Allow personalization,” your browser stores a random GN Press visitor identifier and the date of your choice. GN Press records limited first-party signals such as book categories, book languages, free-page packs and Amazon buttons you deliberately explore. These signals are aggregated into an interest profile. If you later subscribe on the same browser, the random profile can be linked to your GN Press Club record so future campaigns can better match your interests.

With the same permission, GN Press uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, book and category interest, language and free-pack choices, successful newsletter and contact-form actions, freebie downloads and outbound Amazon clicks. Google Analytics may set first-party _ga cookies and receive standard browser, device and approximate location information. GN Press does not send Google names, email addresses, subscriber identifiers or form contents. Google advertising storage, signals and ad personalization remain disabled.

Google Analytics and personalization are optional. Declining does not limit the website, downloads or newsletter signup, and the Google Analytics script is not loaded before permission. GN Press does not sell these signals. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup information while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed to document your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may change the optional analytics choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the website footer. Choosing “No thanks” disables Google Analytics, removes its accessible analytics cookies, removes the random GN Press identifier from your browser and deletes its stored personalization signals. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw newsletter consent, through the secure contact form. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

Sharing and security

GN Press does not sell newsletter addresses. Information may be handled by service providers needed to host the website, deliver emails, provide optional analytics or protect public forms from automated abuse, under appropriate data-protection arrangements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical information to distinguish people from automated traffic; it does not receive the content entered in GN Press forms.
